These Terms of Service apply when you use this website or buy a Framer template from Kepler Studio (“Kepler”, “we”, “us”). By buying or using a template, you agree to these terms.
Our templates
Kepler sells website templates built in Framer. After purchase you receive a remix link that copies the template into your own Framer account. You need a Framer account to use a template, and a paid Framer site plan to publish it on your own domain.
Your licence
Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the template to build one website, for yourself or for one client. You can change the design, text, images and structure as much as you like.
What you can’t do
You may not resell, share, give away or redistribute the template or its remix link, in its original or a modified form. This includes listing it as a template on Framer Marketplace or any other platform.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by our checkout provider. Because templates are digital products delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable unless the law where you live says otherwise. If a template does not work as described, contact us and we will help fix it.
Updates and support
We may improve templates over time and share updates through the same remix link. Support covers setting up the template and the features it includes. It does not cover custom design or development work.
Images and demo content
Images and text in our templates are there to show what the template can do. Replace them with your own content, or make sure you have the right to use any you keep.
Liability
Templates are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate and reliable, but we are not responsible for losses that come from how you use a template or from changes made by Framer or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
